Ages: 8 to 10

This class is an introduction to the general audition, and students will leave the class with at least one suitable monologue that they will learn to present in a professional manner. The class concentrates not only on monologue auditions, but also introduces cold reading, musical auditions, and how to conduct yourself professionally in a room. This class is a fundamental learning experience that we encourage all students (yes, even seasoned KCT performers) to take as many times as they can. A good audition is 90% of the work! The class will culminate in a showcase presentation for friends and family.
