In this class students will be introduced to the magic of storytelling through the inspiring world of Dr. Seuss! Students will get the opportunity to move, play, and create together as we begin exploring the fundamental skills of performance. This class places an emphasis on developing age appropriate social and emotional skills through collaborative game play, basic text work, and empathy through storytelling. Students will also be introduced to a technical element of theatre, such as costume or scenic design. This class includes lots of fun activities and games and will culminate in a showcase performance for friends and family on the final day of camp.
